You may be getting my posts delivered for the first time in quite awhile as I accidently didn't have my delivery service connected for the longest time....😌
Below, at the bottom of this post, is one of the most powerful and helpful podcasts I have ever listened to. It is also available JUST ON AUDIO HERE if you'd like to drive and listen to it or go for a walk etc.
Talk about a profound ability for change.
On Inauguration Day I tripped on my hiking boot shoelace and broke the neck of my humerus bone, basically my shoulder. It has been the hardest obstacle of my life, but the good news is, I am doing much better, can now raise my arm as high as the top of my head and am just hoping to swim well again in time after lots of PT.
I'll skip the details of what happened and of how painful the last 8 weeks have been but will share in a very simple way, what I've learned:
- To slow the fuck down.
- To always watch where I walk (no more walking and texting at the same time).
- Both times when I've broken a bone, it was when I was rushing to help someone else out....note to self.
- And as my Dad use to so smartly say,
"Whatever you do, do it carefully."
ONE ARM UNIVERSITY has been very helpful in navigating life, should you ever know anyone who needs this kind of support.
On a lighter note.......
In a few weeks I will finish up a 6 month program with the SOMATICA INSTITUTE, to complete my Sex & Relationship coaching tools. I have learned a lot of wonderful things and have never studied anything more interesting.
I thought I would share a piece of it that you might find interesting on a quiet evening or a rainy day, on Conscious Self- Exploration HERE.
Lastly, I have just started reading DREAM STATE by ERIC PUCHNERHNER and am loving it. It's an Oprah book club book. Highly recommend it and I already know I don't want it to end.
And finally below, How To Handle Difficult People (and take back your peace and power)
with love as always,
